We put the Macabeo wine that has the highest alcohol content in demijohns in the sun and quiet for a whole year and then put it in barrels that are already about 20 years old.

TASTING
Ennis Ranci, Over time and oxidation, the wine takes on very intense notes of dried fruits. In the mouth, it has a pleasant finish with a very long finish.
