1. Conditions of Sale
1.1. Legal Age of Purchase
To purchase our wines, you must be of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol according to the legislation of your country (in Spain, 18 years old). By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
1.2. Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on the website include the corresponding VAT. Prices are valid except for obvious typographical errors. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at the time of finalizing the purchase according to the destination and weight.
1.3. Availability
The wine is a limited vintage product. If at the time of preparation we do not have the selected vintage available, we will contact you to offer you the exchange for the current vintage or the cancellation of the item.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Terms: Orders are usually delivered within a period of [24-72] hours working days (Peninsula).
- Safe packaging: We use protective boxes specifically designed for the transport of bottles to minimize the risk of breakage.
- Receipt of goods: It is the customer's responsibility to check that the package is closed and without signs of breakage. If you detect wine stains on the box, do not accept the package and note it on the carrier's delivery note.
3. Returns and Cancellation Policy
3.1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order without needing to give a reason within a period of 14 calendar days from the reception.
- Requirement: Bottles must be returned unopened, with the original seal intact and in their protective packaging.
- Costs: In case of withdrawal, the customer will bear the transport costs of the return.
3.2. Defective Products or Errors
If you receive the wrong product or a bottle arrives broken, the FRUIT GROUP will take care of the collection and replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours from the reception.
