The objective is to have principles and rules of action for all of the Group's stakeholders, and for all people who are part of Grup Fruiter to act in a manner consistent with the company's values, policies, and general objectives.

The Management of the Fruiter Group acquires ethical and socially responsible commitments, integrating them into the organization and collaborators and working on them daily.

- Customer relationship
The relationship with customers is based on respect, honesty, trust and quality. The Sales Manager, the Technical Manager and the Quality Manager facilitate two-way communication with customers.

- Relationship with internal staff
The people of the Fruiter Group must have a solid ethical foundation to reinforce the ethical and socially responsible management of the company. A policy is drawn up in relation to good social practices with its workers.
Ethical principles and behaviors:
- There is no discrimination or distinction based on race, sex, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, maternity, political opinion or union affiliation. There is no obligation to undergo medical tests such as HIV or pregnancy.
- The recruitment procedures are transparent and the previous point is respected at all times.
- All employees who perform the same function have the same rights in terms of benefits, salary, working conditions and training opportunities.
- Disciplinary measures that involve physical, mental or verbal punishment or abuse are not practiced. Forced or coerced work will not be carried out. No deductions should be made from wages and if there are measures, they must comply with what is set out in the Workers' Statute and must allow the relevant allegations by the worker.
- Children under 16 years of age will not be used, as established by Spanish legislation. In any case, minors will not carry out activities that could put their health at risk. If there are workers with minor children living on the farm, they are in school.
- No worker will be required to reside on the farm, nor may they be discriminated against for not doing so.
- Under no circumstances will documents belonging to workers be retained.
- Overtime is voluntary.
- The administration supports collective bargaining, the election of a worker representative by the workers, within the provisions of current legislation, as well as the freedom of affiliation of workers.
- Workers will have full freedom to contact their representative if they have any doubts regarding the conditions of their contracts or problems arising from work, and if they are victims of extortion or bribery either by the company or by co-workers. The management of the operation will provide its collaboration to resolve these cases.
- It is established that the employee representative(s) may file claims without being subject to personal sanctions.
- The operation will have a procedure for occupational risks in which the possibility that certain risk groups cannot perform certain tasks due to being a risk (pregnant women, children under 18, physically or mentally disabled, sick people, etc.) will have been taken into account.
- Emergency protocols will be available at the facilities and in the event of an accident the company is responsible for acting in accordance with these protocols.
- If it comes from a personnel company, the company will ensure that these principles are respected by this subcontracted company.
- Relationship with the social environment
The Fruit Group is a company rooted in the territory, directly and indirectly benefiting the local community. The company actively collaborates with the social environment.
