QUALITY POLICY

• Establish and enforce good agricultural practices that allow obtaining a high quality product based on the correct agronomic management of the farms, the efficient use of phytosanitary products and the respect of safety deadlines. Alternative techniques to the use of pesticides for pest control will be established that help us maintain the most optimal populations of natural enemies and thus conserve the rural environment and the riparian forest that we have.
• Create a communication link with all partners to mutually facilitate the work of controlling their farms and treatments carried out and generate the resulting documentation.
• Provide workers with the tools and training necessary to carry out their work, in terms of hygiene, product handling, occupational safety, social ethics and training in the culture of quality.
• Meet customer specifications to meet their needs, expectations and product requirements.
• With a continuous quality policy, the company aims to achieve new challenges in the qualitative requirements derived from marketing (quality certifications), complying with the safety, legality, fraud and hygiene of its products, producers and facilities.
• Comply with environmental standards on the plots and in the facilities, recycling all by-products generated.
• The company is committed to sustainability in its management, both in its own consumption of its materials and in the recommendations to its partners.
• The company guarantees information and compliance with the established quality policies through the implementation of a quality system that guarantees the proposed objectives through its control, management of non-conformities and complaints, and the carrying out of internal and external audits that guarantee compliance with the objectives established by the company and that accredit compliance with the protocols that are sought to be certified.
