1. Geographic coverage:
The products offered through this website are only available in Spanish territory; excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
2. How do I place an order?
The purchase procedure is carried out completely electronically through the website, by accessing the store section and selecting the product(s), clicking on the shopping cart.
All items included in the basket may be removed if the user ultimately does not wish to purchase them, before making the payment.
To make the purchase, the user will need to provide a series of personal data considered essential for the control, billing and shipping of orders.
Next, the user will have to choose the desired payment method (credit or debit card)
Finally, once the purchase has been made, the User will receive a first email with the purchase information and a second to confirm the shipment of the order.
3. Delivery
The shipping cost is not included in the price and varies depending on the weight of each order and the destination.
For orders over €75 in provincial and regional shipments, shipping will be free.
If desired, the user can save on shipping costs if they choose to come and pick up their order at the agro-shop located at Ctra/de Mora d'Ebre s/n 43747 Benissanet, Tarragona. From 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
4. Delivery time
Orders will be prepared depending on the delivery system chosen:
- Messaging> 24 business hours.
- Store> 24 working hours.
To guarantee the quality of our products and comply with the delivery times mentioned, orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be prepared for delivery either to the user or to the courier company the following Monday. In the case of delivery to a courier, the user will receive the order the following Tuesday.
5. Incidents in the delivery of the product via courier company
Our selection process is very strict. For this reason, we ensure that shipments are made without defects and/or incidents. In the event of incidents, the client agrees to follow the following instructions:
- Verify that the seals that close your box have not been modified or damaged.
- Upon receipt of the box, if it is in poor condition, open and/or tampered with, refuse to accept the order and immediately return it to the carrier. Otherwise, Agrobotiga Grup Fruiter will not be responsible for this incident.
- To manage the claim due to poor condition of the box, an email must be sent to agrobotiga@grupfruiter.com within 24 hours, indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what has happened. Whenever possible, attaching photographs of the incident.
- Agrobotiga Grup Fruiter will not be responsible for product quality problems when the fruit has not been delivered within the established period due to absence from the customer's home or incorrect address.
- When the agreed delivery by the courier company has not been made, the customer will have 24 hours to claim their order by sending an email to agrobotiga@grupfruiter.com .Once this period has ended, Agrobotiga Grup Fruiter will not be able to take responsibility for the possible incident.
