PREPARATION
The macabeu with the best balance, degree, acidity and health status has been chosen. Vinified and aged in 2-3 year old French oak barrels, batonage for 5 months.

Aromas of flowers and white fruit, combined with spicy and toasted notes from the wood in a subtle way.

Fresh and smooth entry, a certain sweetness. Easy course and pleasant finish.
