Vineyards around 30 – 40 years old. Some on the river side, others in the drier part of the district.
PREPARATION
Harvested at its optimum point of ripeness, fermentation at controlled temperature. And aging in French oak wood for 4 – 5 months.

Garnet red in color with a lighter rim.
AROMA
Aroma of ripe red fruits, with spicy touches and a very subtle wooden background.
TASTE
Warm and pleasant entrance into the mouth and an unctuous finish.
